July: Board and Superintendent identify objectives.
July: Superintendent presents schedule for monthly assessment reports.
July: Superintendent discusses objectives with administrative team.
August to June: Presented at each Board Meeting
  • Objectives rated a '5' are reported orally and in writing at regular Board Meetings
  • Objectives rated a '4' are reported orally and in writing at Board Work Sessions
  • All other objectives are reported in writing only
May: Board Members evaluate Superintendent on objectives.
June: Board and Superintendent meet at GSBA conference and complete evaluation.
June: Board evaluates current and new objectives (keep, modify, add)
