KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION

You can register Monday - Friday during the month of January between the hours of 7:00 - 3:00 at Centennial Arts Academy.

You must register at the International Center if English is your second language.

All Kindergarten students should be registered by January 31st.    

Choice forms to change schools are due by January 31.  Students not turning in forms by that date will remain at their school.

After the month of January, all children must register at the Central Office.

Registration for Pre-K will also be open the month of January and you must come to the Central Office at 508 Oak Street to register.

 

Usted puede colocar lunes - viernes durante el mes de enero entre las horas de 7:00 - 3:00 a Centennial Arts Academy.

 

Usted debe colocarse en el centro internacional si el inglés es su segunda lengua.

 

Todos Los estudiantes del jardín de la infancia deben ser colocados antes del de enero 31.

Requirements

When entering the Gainesville City Schools for the first time or re-entering from out of state, you must have the following records:

• Birth Certificate

• Current Georgia Immunization Form 3231

• Eye, Ear, Dental Screen Form 330

• Social Security Number/Waiver Form

• Proof of Residence

The Georgia Immunization and Eye, EAr, Dental Screen forms may be obtained at the Health Department which is located at 1290 Athens Street.

Requisitos
