Board of Education represents
the owners of the Gainesville City Schools - all citizens of the district.
To this end, the Board has approved expectations, as
well as the means to achieve these results. Annual operational plans are
being developed to meet each of the goals. Indicators/annual results will
be the means of measuring our progress.
As a result
of the Gainesville City Schools efforts, the board will hold the Superintendent
accountable
along with the Leadership Teams and Measure Performance utilizing the
following
goals.
