The PTA stays actively involved throughout the school year: fall and spring parent membership drives, a PTA store with GHS items for sale during all sports’ seasons, hosting staff luncheons to honor teachers/staff, selling all weather GHS gear during football games, serving breakfast/snack items to staff throughout the year, etc.
The GHS School Council meet monthly to discuss updates on academics, facilities, and testing. They also learn about new initiatives within the school and the school district, advise the principal on parent issues, and inform the community regarding the growth of all aspects of the GHS campus.
