  5. Recognizes EXPLICIT  main ideas, details, sequence of events, and cause-effect relationships in fiction and nonfiction. (21)
  6. Recognizes IMPLICIT main ideas, details, sequence of events, and cause-effect relationships in fiction and nonfiction.(22)
  7. Identifies the main characters. (23)
  8. Identifies characters’ actions, motives, emotions, traits, and feelings (24)
  9. Draws conclusions and makes predictions and comparisons. (25)
