As you may be aware, test security has been an important focus across school systems in recent years. The Gainesville City School System is committed to ensuring that all testing is conducted with attention to the highest regard for ethics. As such, all test coordinators and examiners are trained before each testing event on appropriate test administration and security procedures. This training includes instruction on the Georgia Professional Standards Commission’s Code of Ethics regarding test administration. Information concerning this code can be found at http://www.gapsc.com/Ethics/Testing/Student_Assessment_in_Georgia_Schools.pdf. If you have questions regarding the Georgia Assessment Program, please call our testing office at 770-536-5275.
