As you may be aware, test security has been an important focus across school systems in recent years. The Gainesville City School System is committed to ensuring that all testing is conducted with attention to the highest regard for ethics. As such, all test coordinators and examiners are trained before each testing event on appropriate test administration and security procedures. This training includes instruction on the Georgia Professional Standards Commission’s Code of Ethics regarding test administration. Information concerning this code can be found at
http://www.gapsc.com/Ethics/Testing/Student_Assessment_in_Georgia_Schools.pdf. If you have questions regarding the Georgia Assessment Program, please call our testing office at 770-536-5275.

Message from the Principal:
We need your help in assuring that your child is here every day, and on time the week of April 23-27. CRCT testing will be begin for grades 3-5. However, that week is critical in being sure your child is prepared and focused on the material. Please avoid any emotional upsets or drastic changes in routine during this time.
