Technology Tips:
Never submit a helpdesk request until you've rebooted,
unplugged, and
checked to make sure there are no loose cables.
Always save important files on the
network or to a disk, in addition to saving them on your
computer.
When you submit a helpdesk request make sure you explain
the problem in as much detail as possible.
