As a component of the partnership, Head Start will use the space during their operating hours and Gainesville City School System will operate the facility during the evenings and weekends.

How is Hall County Family Connections Associated with the Butler Center?
Hall County Family Connections Network (HCFCN) is a collaborative which serves as the local decision-making body, bringing community partners together to develop, implement, and evaluate plans that address the serious challenges facing children and families in our county. HCFCN is one of 13 such agencies in the State of Georgia. The organization is funded each year through the Georgia Legislature. Funds for this program were combined with funds from the Gainesville City School System to fund the Butler Center staff.
