Back to School Health Event

We’re excited to share an opportunity for families to get ready for the new school year! You are invited to attend this upcoming Back-to-School Health Event, where you can get your child’s immunizations up to date and an Eye, Ear, and Dental form (#3300) if needed. This is a convenient way to make sure your child is prepared and meets all school health requirements. We look forward to seeing you there!
